西红柿凉汤

<DIV id=firstpost><IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.yhbest.cn/attachments/forumid_121/0904190050c8366e30cf3e6d76.jpg.thumb.jpg" onload="attachimg(this, 'load')" border=0> <BR><BR>在繁忙的工作中抽出时间来下下厨,既能舒缓快节奏生活的压力,又能感受和朋友家人共享美味时的快乐。要想做出美味可口的饭菜,就少不了合手又合口的食材和调味料,还要对各种菜式的做法了然于胸。在此,生活家推出生活家美食DIY系列,满足你的各种需求,帮你做出一桌美食盛宴,惊艳大家的眼球!<BR><BR>      原料:中型西红柿2个黄瓜1根洋葱半个大蒜3瓣土司面包1片<BR><BR>  调料:番茄沙司2汤匙(30ml)泰式辣椒酱2汤匙(30ml)tabasco1茶匙(5ml)白萄酒醋whitewinevinegar(1汤匙)橄榄油1茶匙(5ml)盐1/2茶匙(3克)黑胡椒碎少许<BR><BR>  做法:<BR><BR>  1)将西红柿去皮,去蒂后切块。黄瓜去皮,半根切块,另半根切成1cm大小的黄瓜丁。洋葱3一半切成丝,另一半切成1cm大小的丁。<BR><BR>  2)将西红柿块,番茄沙司,黄瓜快,洋葱丝倒入搅拌机,彻底打碎成糊状,倒入碗中。<BR><BR>  3)调入泰式辣椒酱,tabasco,白葡萄酒醋,橄榄油,盐和少许黑胡椒碎,搅拌均匀后,盖上一层保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏30分钟。<BR><BR>  4)大蒜切成薄片,土司面包切成1cm大小的丁。用大蒜片将平底锅底擦一片,倒入少许橄榄油,中火加热至5成热,闻到大蒜和橄榄油混合的香味后,倒入面包丁,改成小火,煎成金黄色。<BR><BR>  5)将汤从冰箱里拿出,放入切好的黄瓜丁,洋葱丁和煎好的面包丁,马上食用,否则面包丁变软,影响酥脆的口感。</DIV>
