巧制香脆土豆饼

<P>3.将蒸好的土豆去皮,弄碎</P>

<P>5.将加过面粉(定形)后成的土豆饼雏形放进平底锅里炸,记得用小火来做,否则会影响土豆饼的色泽。</P>
