香菇焖鸡

<DIV align=left>原料:乡下土鸡肉500克、干香菇30克、姜一大块、葱苗两三条(感冒了,没买辣椒)</DIV>
<DIV align=left>调料:食用油30克、白胡椒粉少许、食盐适量、浓香米酒两大匙</DIV>
<DIV align=left>制作过程:</DIV>
<DIV align=left>一、将鸡肉仔细地洗净,剁成小块;</DIV>
<DIV align=left>干香菇用开水泡透,泡软;切开或者撕开;</DIV>
<DIV align=left>姜切薄片(听说不去皮对身体更好);</DIV>
<DIV align=left>葱洗净切成二厘米段;<BR>二、锅洗净,下食用油(花生油比较香,不过听说调和油更健康哦)</DIV>
<DIV align=left>把姜片丢进锅里炒香:</DIV>

<DIV align=left>差不多啦,可以放香菇啦!加入香菇稍炒一分钟。</DIV>
